I remember the first time I saw Parkour performance, it was like watching superheroes in comics. I wished I could follow their moves but I realised that at 45  i’ll probably break my neck after 5 min. However, I wanted to develop similar strength, agility and physical capabilities as these guys. After some research I learned that many of these guys’ workouts consist mostly of body weight exercise, I tried and got addicted.
