I love challenging my body in different ways; it’s more stimulating and healthier for the body and soul. This year I am getting acquainted with the Rowing Machine. Nothing new or revolutionary but after miles of running last year it feels good to get cardio workouts off my feet, and also, it supports my preparations for the 2016 SEAPaddle NYC. Ray, my personal trainer, prescribed a series of exercises involving the Ergometer, and I came across few interesting options to include into an Erg workout, check them out HERE.
