I often catch myself working at my desk slouching in my chair like a noodle, hate that feeling so I am trying all sort of tricks to get my body a bit more active during short breaks I take through the day. One toy I really like is the Indo Board , a great balancing workout which I often do while speaking on the phone.
The other routine I like is less exciting but just as effective. These are three simple and short stretches that take few minutes to perform, no sweating and they actually help to counter the harsh impact of forward leaning at your desk.
