How To Overcome Fatigue?

This is the big question for me now.


I am running over 35 miles a week and the mileage will increase in the coming weeks, with significant elevation gains. Every joint and muscle in my body is in pain. I am two months away from the big day and am very energized that I was able to overcome most of my injuries and pains.

The reward for so much training on Long Island is seeing wonderful scenery on the trail and hopefully reaching my fundraising goal of $10k for Lung Cancer research.
